Dear Folks,
I am sooooo sorry if you have written to me and I have not responded. I have spent almost five solid months fighting, repairing, tech support... replacing mother boards and new computer (that STILL didn't work). I have some 18 pages of notes on this brand new computer with daily tech support issues.
It all started last May when my mother board needed replacing. BlogSpot no longer recognized me as the owner of Dehydrating Way Beyond Jerky. I have contacted tech support, emailed, telephoned, and resorted to every possible agency/department/entity trying to get the thing to work. No responses from anyone.....
Would only show my old defunct blogspots,
Couldn't get in and monitor, respond, or do anything until TODAY, September 21, 2016.
(Well, I also took time out for my husband's two-week stint in the hospital installing a defibrillator, but that's another story.)
All of a sudden, today I managed to make the thing work. Not sure what I did... (chimpanzee technique - pound on the keys until something happens, not really sure what I did...)
Anyway, I truly apologize for not responding to your queries sooner. Tried to get them all caught today. If you did not get a response or have a new question, please don't hesitate to send again. I'll do my best to keep it current.
